In most areas where electronic voting machines were used this election, the exit polls differed from the results in that area. In most areas where mechanical voting machines or paper ballot systems were used, the exit polls were similar or exactly the same as the actual results from that area.
...The company that made most of the electric voting machines (Diebold I think) supports Bush. Many of the machines were not properly tested or evaluated before election day.
One of the main problems with Bush is that he actually believes in trickle-down economics, which is a worn-down dinosaur economic fantasy that republicans dreamed up way back before outsourcing ever happened. Now that outsourcing occurs on a regular basis, trickle-down economics do not work anymore, but Bush still believes that they do.
That, and he's also one of those conservatives who blatantly ignore the fact that "Congress shall make no law respecting the establishment of a religion" is in the constitution.
